Tony Succar is a Mechanical Engineer who began his career in fluid power as an intern at Bosch Rexroth in 2020. During this early stage, he built a strong technical foundation and developed a deep understanding of hydraulic systems and applications.

He later transitioned into the role of Sales Engineer External, where he gained exposure to large-scale projects and complex client requirements. This experience allowed him to bridge the gap between technical solutions and customer needs, combining engineering expertise with a strategic, client-focused approach.
