About Adrian Kell

After growing up in an environment of motorcycles, general mechanics and then leaving High School at the end of Year 10, Adrian commenced a Fitter and Machinist apprenticeship with Hardie Ferodo at Smithfield NSW.  All aspects of engineering and maintenance were taught at Hardie Ferodo, including a many months dedicated to hydraulics and pneumatics.

On completion of his apprenticeship, Adrian then worked for Hydraulic Projects / Australian Winch & Haulage for a number of years as a fitter and service technician. All aspects of hydraulics were covered by his time with these companies, including power unit manufacture, in-house repair work and onsite service and installation work as well as closed loop winch systems. After many years of getting his hands dirty, Adrian decided on a new career path and commenced work with Integrated Hydraulics at Seven Hills as internal sales progressing to Sales Engineer.

When Berendsen acquired Integrated Hydraulics it was time to move on, with a brief stint at Hydratorque, followed by 26 years at Cross Hydraulics, most of that time as State Manager.

Adrian has now been with Timalco Hydraulics since 2024 as NSW & QLD Business Development Manager. He has a passion for this industry and is concerned for its future.
